Awaken the Heart

Prepare to really shake things up to find the calm within! The Awaken the Heart program is for those looking to know DEEPLY and TRULY know the all the corners of their heart, and live a life of conscious intentionality. What does that mean? Basically, it means to wake up out of a "dream-like" state of existing to a conscious awareness, embodiment, and actualization of who you REALLY ARE (the person you were always meant to be). When you are being your true self, your heart comes alive, and you create a life that is authentic, inspired, and purposeful!


The Awaken the Heart program is the beginning of a beautiful (and sometimes ugly)  journey of self-discovery. So be warned, this  journey is not for the faint of heart. The 12-week mentoring program will direct you to corners of your heart, to depths of your soul and human-ness that requires determination, openness, surrender, faith, and courage. But the pay-off is HUGE (game changer!) and I will support your every step of the way. And even if you are not sure that you have the strength or courage to embark on such a journey, the truth is, you absolutely do!

The 12-week program includes:

- weekly 1-on-1 session in person or online (60 mins) 
- access to guidance through phone, text, email (as needed)

- EFT, Reiki, intuitive healing sessions (as part of the weekly sessions) 

-resources to assist you on your journey (stretches, meditation, a mind map of your thought patterns, etc.)
